Whether the challenge lies in minimizing non-specific binding and background noise, working under true affinity conditions, immobilizing complex structures, or accurately characterizing high-affinity biomolecules (such as AI-designed antibodies or proteins), K-One helps improve assay performance and unlock complex analyses beyond the capabilities of standard sensor chip surface chemistries.

Custom doesn’t have to be complicated.
After a preliminary optimization phase led by our technical team, every chip we deliver is ready-to-use, integrates seamlessly into your workflow, and arrives within 2 to 4 weeks. Our chips are also compatible with standard capture systems such as streptavidin, protein A/G, anti-Fc, and anti-Fab. Each batch comes with an assay protocol designed for your specific project, as custom assay development is key to robust analyses.

Based on these discussions, we build a detailed work plan and list all required materials, including your biomolecules (ligand(s), target(s), and media (buffers or biological fluids)). It is important that we can work as close as we can to your application’s final conditions, whatever the assay format.

Once we agree on scope, timing, and cost, we move straight to practical implementation.
