Our ability to adjust ligand density and control its homogeneous surface distribution allows us to work under affinity conditions by minimizing avidity effects and avoiding recapture. We can also work under avidity conditions when the project requires it.

Our K-One chips work with any gold-based biosensing platform, including Cytiva SPR, Horiba SPRi, Carterra HT-SPR and others. K-One surface chemistry enables direct ligand immobilization without intermediates or can integrate seamlessly with capture systems such as streptavidin, protein A/G, anti-FC and anti-Fab.
